FAQ

  • Day rentals, including weekends, are capped at 8 hours of run time on the machine.

Week rentals are 7 day rentals and are capped at 40 hours of run time on the machine.

Month rentals are calendar month (ex. January first to February first) rentals capped at 160 hours of run time on the machine.

  • Don’t worry! If you go over the maximum hour cap for your rental, we will pro-rate up to four additional hours of run time at 1/8th of the daily rate (inclusive of all taxes and fees except for transport fees) for the rented machine.

In the event that your rental goes beyond the pro-rate cap, you will be billed at the full daily rate (inclusive of all taxes and fees except for transport fees) for the rented machine. This charge will either be billed as a separate invoice or deducted from your deposit.

If you find that you need significantly more hours or to extend your rental term please contact us at least one business day before the end of you rental period.

  • We send out all of our machines with full fuel tanks. When they come back we refill them if needed.

If your rental is returned without a full tank, our fuel costs $5.50 per gallon and will either be billed separately when the machine is returned or deducted from your deposit.

  • The Inland Marine insurance waiver is an industry-standard fee/coverage for renters without adequate insurance.

This fee offsets the cost of covering your rental under our insurance and protects you from damage to your rental by acts of God/Nature (ie damage/total loss due to a hurricane).

This fee DOES NOT cover the cost of repairs caused from operation of the machine. The renter is responsible for the cost of repairs caused from operation of the machine.

The insurance you must provide to no longer be charged this fee is an Inland Marine policy covering the replacement cost of the machine/s rented and general liability coverage of $1,000,000 or more.

  • Forestry mulchers require a $2,000 damage deposit with every rental.

Other equipment may require up to a $500 deposit depending on the specific circumstances of your rental. For example, long distance or out of state rentals may require a deposit covering the cost of on-site service.

  • We offer delivery and pickup if you cannot transport equipment yourself!

The distance of your delivery or pickup will always be centered on 9615 Columbia Hwy, Leesville South Carolina 29070. We use Google Maps to find the distance between your location and ours.

All deliveries or pickups up to 50 miles will be billed at $200 each. Any additional mileage is billed at $4 per each loaded mile beyond 50 miles.

For Example a delivery to or pickup from 3030 Charleston Hwy, Orangeburg, SC 29115 (65 miles) would cost $260, for a total transport cost of $520.

Delivery and pickup are separate charges.

  • We allow all customers who can safely transport their rentals themselves to do so.

In order to safely transport our equipment, we require that properly rated, heavy duty trucks equipped with towing packages as well as trailers with appropriate GVWRs be used and all standard load securement practices be followed.

For customer transport to be approved, customers meet the above requirements and provide valid and current insurance matching the vehicle they are using to transport equipment.
